5.1 Booking Options:
Clients may book appointments for preventative health phone consultations through our Website. All bookings are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.

5.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, and not showing up to an appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the appointment, with no refunds issued.

5.3 Client Responsibility:
Clients who choose to book appointments do so at their own risk. Health Corp services are focused on preventative health and wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Clients are responsible for the full cost of services rendered, as Health Corp services are not covered by health insurance and are not claimable. Furthermore, clients understand that no written reports, letters, or statements will be provided unless specifically agreed upon and compensated for by the practitioner.

5.4 Liability Waiver:
By booking an appointment, you agree to waive any claims against Health Corp, its employees, agents, and affiliates arising from or related to the services provided. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in these services and understand that Health Corp is not liable for any injury or loss that may result from your participation.
